MedoPlus Services Pvt. Ltd. is a health-tech company dedicated to facilitating the healthcare journey of all. Presently, MedoPlus connects people with recognized and qualified doctors and specialists, auto connects to recognized partner labs and hospitals as needed, and manages health records of patients thorough a specially designed MedoPlus app. To assist villagers unable to use the App themselves, MedoPlus sets up a network of village-based healthcare assistants called Medo MITR who guide the villagers to appropriate doctors, labs and hospitals using the MedoPlus App.

Already, 550+ doctors, specialists, labs and hospitals in central UP districts are working on MedoPlus platform and MedoPlus has established a network of MedoMITR in 500+ villages. MedoPlus has successfully completed more than 1.5 lakh health transactions. MedoPlus was declared winner of the FICCI Healthcare Excellence awards 2024, Bharat Artha awards 2024, and Swiss Re Foundation, Zurich, award in 2023 for its services. This is revenue facing front line role. To assure successful execution of the company's business mission by leading a team so as to build & manage a productive network of Rural Channel Partners.

MedoPlus requires 4 young and dynamic Pharmacist for its in-house Pharmacy at MedoPlus Clinics being set up in 4 locations in Barabanki district – Tikaitganj, Ramnagar, Suratganj, and Dariyabaad.

Require pharmacist in-house pharmacy at MedoPlus Clinic:

• Should have B.pharma degree with necessary registration/license to practice as pharmacist which has NOT been associated with any other distributor/retailor
• Have good knowledge of medicines and salts
• Stocks to be ordered by him/her as per inputs of medical experts of MedoPlus and market requirements
• Inventory management has to be in line with the SOPs
• Manage P&L of the pharmacy store
• Ability to work on computers and smartphones
• Passionate to serve rural population
• Strong team player, good troubleshooter and willing to help others

Adherence of following regulations:

• Sufficient stocks to be maintained so that no shortage of any medicine/product prescribed by in-house doctors is observed
• All SOPs of upkeep, stock management has to be maintained
• Timing for opening and closing of pharmacy (9:00 am - 09:00 pm)

Incentives: Applicable over and above salary.
