Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our team at Care by Cadabams. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers over the phone, understanding their care needs, and converting leads into successful enrollments for our home healthcare and caregiving services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/database
- Explain Care by Cadabams' services (elderly care, nursing care, physiotherapy, etc.) clearly and persuasively
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable care plans
- Follow up consistently with leads to drive conversions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Address customer queries and concerns professionally
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service onboarding
