Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI: Fitter, Welder, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic
• Diploma: EC, EEE, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automobile
• Basic knowledge of automotive assembly
• Basic English communication skills

Vehicle Assembly – Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electric bike components such as frames, motors, controllers, brakes, wiring harnesses, and drivetrain systems
• Install and connect electrical components as per wiring diagrams
• Use hand tools, power tools, and torque equipment appropriately
• Inspect parts before and after assembly for quality defects
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S standards)

Battery Production – Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble lithium-ion cells into battery modules and packs as per specifications
• Perform spot welding, cell stacking, busbar fitting, and insulation work
• Connect BMS (Battery Management System) and wiring harnesses
• Conduct voltage, internal resistance (IR), and functionality tests
• Follow strict safety guidelines for battery handling
• Identify and report defective cells or components
• Ensure proper labeling and packaging of finished battery packs

Experience:

• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
