Planning Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) Project planning in MS project with required resources and tracking.

2) Preparation of daily and weekly micro plan for works.

3) Tracking of progress actual to planned with suitable mitigation / catch up plan for delay.

4) Preparation & submission Daily Progress Report / Daily Labour Report.

5) Daily listing of hindrances for work progress and intimating concerned.

6) Attending weekly project progress review meetings and subsequent review and response to minutes of meeting.

7) Timely follow up for details / drawings/approvals with PMC / Architect/client.

8) Timely filling of "REQUEST FOR INFORMATION" (RFI) with respect to drawings or details for work clearance and progress.
