Job Description

EV Two-Wheeler Sales Executive

The EV Two-Wheeler Sales Executive is responsible for driving showroom and field sales of electric scooters and motorcycles by delivering exceptional customer experiences, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into satisfied customers. The role requires in-depth product knowledge, consultative selling skills, customer relationship management, and the ability to educate consumers on the benefits of electric mobility. The executive will manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and product demonstration to vehicle delivery and post-sales engagement, while consistently achieving business targets.



Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Welcome and engage walk-in customers, understanding their mobility requirements and recommending suitable EV models.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations highlighting vehicle specifications, performance, battery technology, charging options, safety features, and ownership benefits.
  • Conduct professional test rides and personalized product demonstrations to enhance customer confidence and buying decisions.
  • Build strong customer relationships through consultative selling techniques and value-based discussions.

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Generate new sales opportunities through showroom inquiries, referrals, digital channels, field activities, and local market outreach.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Track and manage sales leads using CRM systems to maximize conversion rates.
  • Execute lead nurturing strategies to convert inquiries into successful vehicle deliveries.

Target Achievement & Business Development

  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and customer segments to drive business growth.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and community engagement activities.
  • Support dealership initiatives aimed at increasing brand visibility and market penetration.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain post-sale communication to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and coordinate with service teams when required.
  • Gather customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Showroom & Market Intelligence

  • Maintain showroom standards, vehicle displays, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and industry developments.
  • Stay updated on EV technology trends, government policies, and market dynamics.
