Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Manage and allocate sales executive to get the best out of them.
• Schedule and conduct online or physical meetings to pitch Stellar Green's solutions.
• Survey customer sites to assess feasibility for solar installations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Act as a bridge between customers and the operations team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Represent Stellar Green in a professional manner, aligning with our vision of sustainability and innovation.

What We Expect:

• A native Odia speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A willingness to travel extensively across Odisha to meet clients and survey sites.
• A passion for fieldwork and the ability to thrive in dynamic, on-ground environments.
• Alignment with Stellar Green’s vision to create a sustainable and climate-responsible future.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or renewable energy is a plus but not mandatory.
