Management Trainee

• Production Management Trainee (Frozen Chicken Processing)Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the end-to-end frozen chicken production process, from raw material receiving to final packaging and dispatch.
• Monitor assembly line operations including cutting, deboning, marination, portioning, freezing, packaging, and labeling processes.
• Support production supervisors in ensuring smooth workflow and optimal line efficiency.
• Track daily production targets, yield, wastage, and downtime, and prepare operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, HACCP requirements, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and company quality protocols.
• Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Procurement, and Cold Chain Logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Participate in preventive maintenance planning and troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Support implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor employee adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist in maintaining temperature control and cold-chain integrity throughout processing, storage, and distribution operations.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities to improve throughput, product quality, and operational efficiency.
