Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, converting inquiries into bookings, maintaining customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities

1.Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

2.Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

3.Explain aviation services, helicopter packages, and travel solutions to clients.

4.Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

5.Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.

6. Assist customers with booking procedures and documentation.

7.Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

8.Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

9.Coordinate with the operations team for smooth customer service.

10.Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

 Qualifications

1.Minimum: Graduate Preferred.

2.Experience: 0–3 years in Tele Sales, Customer Support, Travel, Tourism, Aviation, or Hospitality.

3.Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.


Required Skills

1.Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

2.Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

3.Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).

4.Customer-focused approach.

5.Ability to work under sales targets.

6.Professional telephone etiquette.


Working Hours

1.Full-Time

2. 6 Days Working

3.Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (can be adjusted as per company policy)

1.Passionate about sales and customer interaction.

2.Positive attitude and self-motivated.

3.Experience in travel, tourism, helicopter booking, or aviation sales is an added advantage.

4.Ability to handle high-value clients professionally.
