Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

Supervise daily production line activities.

Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.

Monitor workers' attendance and productivity.

Maintain discipline and safety on the production floor.

Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials.

Coordinate with Production Manager regarding daily production status.

Maintain production records and reports.

Ensure product quality standards are followed.

Report machine breakdowns and production issues to the concerned department.
