• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through personal networks, local outreach, social media and other channels.
• Contact prospective students and parents and explain Motion's courses, batches, scholarships and facilities.
• Follow up with interested students and parents.
• Generate campus visit and counselling appointments.
• Support the counselling and admission process.
• Follow up with prospective students until admission.
• Maintain daily lead and follow-up records.
• Submit a simple daily activity report.
• Work towards defined admission/conversion targets.
• Represent Motion professionally while interacting with students and parents.
• Working ModelFlexible working hours: Approximately 4 hours/day.
• Timing can be adjusted according to your academic or personal schedule.
• No fixed salary – purely incentive based.

• Minimum engagement period: 2 months.
