Job Description

Job Title: Cashier & Receptionist – Make My Noodles

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle basic billing and cashier operations using billing software.
  • Maintain purchase entries and daily records in Excel.
  • Manage customer orders and payment transactions.
  • Welcome guests warmly and provide good customer service.
  • Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.
  • Maintain proper billing records and coordinate with kitchen staff.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Excel and billing software.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, welcoming attitude with a customer-focused approach.
  • Honest, responsible, and well-organised.
