Job Description

Job Summary:


We are looking for a skilled PLC Programmer responsible for developing, programming, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC-based automation systems. The candidate should have knowledge of industrial automation, electrical control panels, and PLC programming to ensure smooth functioning of automated machinery and equipment.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop, write, and modify PLC programs for industrial automation systems.
  2. Program and configure PLC controllers such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Omron, etc.
  3. Troubleshoot PLC programs and identify technical issues in automated machines.
  4. Test and commission PLC-controlled machines and equipment.
  5. Work with HMI systems and configure operator interfaces.
  6. Understand electrical wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams, and control panel drawings.
  7. Integrate PLC systems with sensors, motors, VFDs, and other automation devices.
  8. Perform machine installation, testing, and commissioning at customer locations.
  9. Provide technical support and resolve automation-related problems.
  10. Maintain proper documentation of PLC programs and system configurations.


Required Skills:


  • PLC Programming (Siemens / Mitsubishi / Allen-Bradley / Omron).
  • Knowledge of HMI Programming.
  • Knowledge of SCADA systems.
  • Understanding of Electrical and Control Panel Wiring.
  • Knowledge of Sensors, Motors, VFDs, and Industrial Automation.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical is an added advantage.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
