Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing & Inward/Outward Entry Executive to maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing bills, invoices, and materials in the company's system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record inward bills, purchase bills, and received materials in the system.
- Record outward bills, sales invoices, and dispatch details.
- Enter invoice and bill details accurately into the company's software/system.
- Verify bills and invoices for basic errors and missing information.
- Maintain proper records of inward and outward documents.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Stores, Accounts, and other departments when required.
- Maintain physical and digital copies of bills and invoices.
