Technical Support Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to customers and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. The candidate should have good problem-solving skills, basic technical knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote access.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Record customer issues and maintain support tickets.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers when required.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support.

Required Skills
