1. Role SummaryWe're looking for a Software Developer to build and scale SaaS products across our technology vertical — including IP Elite/aslivibe.com (CRM platform), and future SaaS offerings under NP Quantum Tech Solutions (AI-powered vertical SaaS, HR tech, fintech infrastructure). This role involves full-stack development, working on multi-tenant architecture, subscription/billing systems, and building features that scale across multiple client businesses.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Product Development

• Design, develop, and maintain features for SaaS products (primarily IP Elite CRM and related platforms)
• Build and maintain multi-tenant architecture ensuring data isolation and scalability across clients
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services (payment gateways, WhatsApp Business API, SMS/email providers)
• Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and testable code

B. Full-Stack Ownership

• Work across front-end (React.js) and back-end (Node.js/Express) development
• Design and manage databases (MongoDB/MySQL) — schema design, query optimization, indexing
• Build and maintain dashboards, admin panels, and reporting modules for SaaS clients

C. SaaS-Specific Engineering

• Implement subscription/billing logic (plans, upgrades, usage limits, renewals)
• Build role-based access control (RBAC) and permission systems for multi-user SaaS accounts
• Ensure application security — authentication (JWT/OAuth), data encryption, and compliance basics
• Optimize application performance for scale (caching, load handling, query optimization)

D. Collaboration & Process

• Work closely with product/founders to translate business requirements into technical specs
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues promptly
• Maintain version control discipline (Git) and follow CI/CD best practices

E. Testing & Quality

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability
• Coordinate with QA/testers for release cycles
• Monitor application health post-deployment and fix bugs quickly
• 3. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 2–5 years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 1+ years building or maintaining SaaS products
• Strong proficiency in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) or equivalent (e.g., MEAN, Django+React)
• Solid understanding of REST API design and integration
• Experience with Git/GitHub for version control
• Understanding of database design — both relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
• 4. Preferred QualificationsExperience building multi-tenant SaaS architecture
• Experience with subscription/billing systems (Razorpay, Stripe, or similar)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and basic DevOps (Docker, CI/CD pipelines)
• Experience with WhatsApp Business API, CRM systems, or GST-related invoicing logic
• Exposure to AI/ML integration (for AI-powered SaaS features) is a strong plus
