Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Source Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through open market channels.
• Generate leads through referrals, connectors, builders, brokers, and direct customer acquisition.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Manage customer relationships and provide end-to-end loan processing support.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan sanction and disbursement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
• Eligibility:Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in Home Loan/LAP sales.
• Experience in open market sourcing is mandatory.

Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
