Job Overview
Baalmitra Kids Pvt. Ltd. is looking for confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Telecalling Executives to promote our educational programs and generate admissions.
The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting potential students and parents through provided leads, explaining our educational programs, highlighting their benefits, and convincing interested prospects to enroll. This is a target-based role, requiring strong communication, convincing, and follow-up skills to achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls to potential students and parents using provided leads and databases.
Explain the company's educational programs, courses, test series, and admission process.
Generate interest and convince potential customers to take admission in our educational programs.
Clearly communicate program benefits, fees, features, and available opportunities.
Follow up regularly with interested leads and convert them into confirmed admissions.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about the programs.
Maintain daily calling records, lead status, and admission details in Excel / Google Sheets.
Achieve assigned daily calling targets and monthly admission targets.
Prepare and submit daily calling and admission conversion reports.
Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with prospective customers.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer handling will be an advantage.
Good communication skills in Hindi / Marathi / English.
Strong conv
We are looking for someone who is:incing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Confident in handling outbound calls and interacting with customers.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Comfortable working in a target-based environment.
Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented.
