Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily manpower deployment and site operations.
- Track employee attendance, shifts, and joining details.
- Support employee onboarding and document collection.
- Coordinate with employees, supervisors, and the client team.
- Follow up on attendance and payroll queries.
- Share daily manpower reports with the reporting manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and smartphone applications.
- Willingness to work on-site and in shifts.
- Experience in manpower or logistics operations preferred.
