Hiring: Team Leader – Field Operations

Location: Sambhaji Nagar, Aurangabad

Salary

• ₹20,000 Fixed
• Up to ₹6,000 Performance Incentive
• Total CTC: Up to ₹26,000/month

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Field Survey Executives.
• Ensure daily survey targets are achieved.
• Monitor survey quality and resolve field issues.
• Conduct onboarding and field training.
• Track attendance, productivity, and daily reporting.
• Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth project execution.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of experience in Field Operations, Team Handling, Survey, FMCG, Telecom, or Sales.
• Experience managing a field team.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
• Immediate joining preferred.

Performance Incentive (Up to ₹6,000)

• Daily target achievement
• Team attendance & productivity
• QC pass rate above target
• Timely reporting
• Minimum rework and duplicate cases
