Key Responsibilities

✅ Counsel students regarding career opportunities and training programs

✅ Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries

✅ Conduct follow-ups with prospective students

✅ Explain course features, benefits, and career outcomes

✅ Guide students through the admission process

✅ Maintain student records and CRM updates

✅ Achieve admission and enrollment targets

Requirements

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Ability to build rapport with students and parents

✔ Strong convincing and counselling abilities

✔ Basic computer and CRM knowledge
