About Vemigo:

Vemigo is a premium doorstep vehicle services platform helping busy vehicle owners access trusted, professional car care services at their convenience. We are building a technology-driven platform focused on quality, convenience, and customer experience.


Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who can confidently communicate with customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable services, and ensure a smooth booking experience. This role combines customer support, sales, and service coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable Vemigo services.
  • Explain service offerings, pricing, packages, and benefits clearly.
  • Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and close pending leads through telecalling.
  • Coordinate with customers and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Assist customers with booking, rescheduling, cancellations, and service-related queries.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
  • Collect customer feedback and address concerns professionally.
  • Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
  • Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Desired SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confident in telecalling, lead follow-ups, and sales conversations.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills.
  • Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and customer-first mindset.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in customer support, telecalling, sales, hospitality, retail, or service industry is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
