Role: Area Service Manager | Field Operations | Technical Services
Location Aurangabad Bihar
Responsibilities:
- 90%+ customer satisfaction drive karna (FSE performance aur technical support ke zariye).
- 80% se zyada SLA adherence ensure karna.
- Root cause analysis (MTBF / MTTR / failure trends) lead karna.
- Spare parts usage optimize karna.
- 100% HSE compliance aur zero-incident culture maintain karna.
- Audits, tools, aur field readiness manage karna.
- Internal teams, vendors, aur customers ke saath coordinate karna.
Qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech: 3+ saal ka experience
- Diploma: 5+ saal ka experience
- ITI: 8+ saal ka experience
Skills:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Technical troubleshooting aur root cause analysis
- Team handling (FSEs)
- MIS/reporting aur Excel proficiency
- Achhi communication aur stakeholder management
- HSE aur safety regulations ki knowledge
