Job Description
- Maintain and manage the company's day-to-day accounting records.
- Handle tour package accounts and maintain accurate records of customer payments and supplier payments.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, receipts, and expense records.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts regularly.
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) for GST, TCS, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of accounting documents to the CA.
- Process and monitor payments to vendors, hotels, airlines, and other suppliers.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and receivables.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management.
- Maintain records of employee reimbursements and petty cash expenses.
- Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, Busy, or similar accounting systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
