Job Description

Job SummaryThe Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, converting leads into customers, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from the assigned database.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Follow up with leads regularly until closure.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Update customer interactions and sales status in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for order processing.
  • Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and follow-up activities.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism.

  • Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Inside Sales.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
  • Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Preferred ExperienceExperience in B2B or B2C telesales.
  • Experience in CRM software and MS Office.
