Sales Executive – Medical Device & Pharma Products

Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and expand our range of sterilization and healthcare products across India. The role involves a combination of office-based sales activities and regular travel for customer meetings, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, distributors, and medical device manufacturers. 

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers. 

• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and sales leads. 

• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers. 

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support. 

• Participate in medical exhibitions, conferences, and industry events. 

• Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, and market feedback. 

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. 

• Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business, or related field preferred). 

• 1–2 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare products, hospital supplies, pharmaceutical sales, or B2B industrial sales. 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 

• Willingness to travel extensively across India. 

• Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools. 

• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
