Operations Manager

Job Title: Cafe Operations Manager Multi Outlet

Reports to: Owner

Role: Oversee daily operations across all 4 outlets. Ensure consistency in service, staffing, hygiene, and stock across locations. Single point of accountability between outlet teams and founder.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit or call into all outlets daily; verify opening/closing checklist compliance
• Track staff attendance, leave patterns, and roster gaps; coordinate floater deployment
• Monitor stock reconciliation flags and report discrepancies
• Spot-check hygiene, presentation, and service standards against defined checklist
• Log customer complaints/compliments by outlet and shift
• Consolidate daily/weekly report to founder (exceptions only, not routine updates)
• Escalate staff issues requiring founder decision (leave, discipline, disputes)
• Support onboarding and basic training of new staff on SOPs

Requirements

• 2+ years supervisory experience, retail/QSR/hospitality preferred
• Comfortable with WhatsApp reporting, basic Excel/Petpooja dashboards
• Physically mobile across CIDCO, Bypass, and Dopa Bean locations
• Strong communicator, firm but fair with staff
