Commercial & Cost Control Engineer (Civil)
Responsibility following,
Tender Documents, Drawings आणि BOQ चा अभ्यास करणे.
Rate Analysis (DSR, SSR आणि Market Rates) तयार करणे.
Cost Estimation आणि Project Budget तयार करणे.
Project Cost Control आणि Cost Cutting साठी योजना तयार करणे.
Material Requirement Planning (MRP) आणि Procurement Planning करणे.
Supplier/Vendor शोधणे, Comparative Statement तयार करणे आणि Vendor Finalization करणे.
Material, Equipment आणि Subcontractor यांच्यासोबत Rate Negotiation करणे.
Purchase Orders (PO) तयार करणे आणि Material Delivery वर देखरेख ठेवणे.
Material Consumption, Wastage Control आणि Cost Saving वर लक्ष ठेवणे.
BOQ, Quantity Verification आणि Budget Monitoring करणे.
Billing Team, Site Team आणि Accounts Team यांच्याशी समन्वय ठेवणे.
Project Profitability वाढवण्यासाठी Cost Optimization वर काम करणे.
Market Survey करून सर्वोत्तम Quality आणि Competitive Rate मिळवणे.
Monthly Cost Report, Purchase Report आणि MIS Reports तयार करणे.
