Job Description
ड्रॉइंग आणि BOQ समजून कामाचे नियोजन करणे.
Estimation आणि Rate Analysis तयार करणे.
Budgeting आणि Cost Control करणे.
Material Planning, Procurement आणि Inventory Control.
Supplier कडून Quotation घेणे आणि Negotiation करणे.
Site Progress Monitoring आणि Daily/Weekly Reports तयार करणे.
Labour, Subcontractor आणि Staff Management.
Quality Control (QA/QC) आणि Safety नियमांचे पालन.
Client, Architect, Consultant आणि Contractor यांच्याशी समन्वय साधणे.
Billing, Measurement (RA Bill, Final Bill) आणि Documentation.
Project Schedule तयार करणे आणि वेळेत काम पूर्ण होईल याची खात्री करणे.
समस्या ओळखून त्यावर योग्य निर्णय घेणे (Problem Solving).
Project Profitability आणि Cash Flow वर लक्ष ठेवणे.
