Job Description
Minarva Enterprises is a leading provider of industrial water treatment solutions. We are hiring for multiple field sales and business development positions across Maharashtra.
We have openings in the following departments:
1. Cooling Towers – Sales Engineer
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 | Experience: 2–6 Years | Fresher: ₹18,000
Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Ahilyanagar, Jalgaon, Pune
Products: FRP Cooling Towers, Fill Media, Spray Nozzles, Drift Eliminators, Motors, Fans, Chemicals, AMC
Work: Develop industrial customers, conduct cooling tower inspections, prepare proposals, sell cooling towers and spares, promote AMC, follow up for payments.
Target Industries: Steel, Cement, Automobile, Pharma, Chemical, Paper, Power Plants, HVAC Contractors
2. Water & Waste Water Treatment Plants – Sales Engineer
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 | Experience: 2–6 Years | Fresher: ₹18,000
Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Ahilyanagar, Jalgaon, Pune
Products: RO Plants, Softeners, DM Plants, Sand Filters, Carbon Filters, Iron Removal, STP, ETP
Work: Identify projects, conduct site surveys, prepare technical proposals, meet consultants and EPC contractors, participate in tenders, coordinate installation and commissioning.
Target Customers: Industries, Builders, Hospitals, Hotels, Government, EPC Companies
3. Water Treatment Chemicals – Sales Executive
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 | Experience: 2–5 Years | Fresher: ₹18,000
Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Ahilyanagar, Jalgaon, Pune
Products: Boiler Chemicals, Cooling Tower Chemicals, RO Chemicals, Antiscalants, Descaling Chemicals, Water Testing Kits
Work: Generate new business, conduct plant visits, promote chemical treatment programs, follow up for orders, coordinate trials, achieve monthly sales and collection targets, develop annual contracts.
Target Customers: Power Plants, Rice Mills, Paper Mills, Textile, Pharma, Hotels, Hospitals, Chemical Industries
4. Ion Exchange Resins – Sales Executive
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 | Experience: 2–5 Years | Fresher: ₹18,000
Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Marathwada, Ahilyanagar, Jalgaon
Products: Cation Resin, Anion Resin, Mixed Bed Resin, Activated Carbon, Quartz Sand, Filter Media
Work: Identify resin replacement opportunities, visit water treatment and DM plants, meet OEMs, promote annual resin replacement contracts, coordinate resin loading and replacement, generate repeat business, prepare quotations.
Target Customers: Water Treatment Plants, DM Plants, OEMs, Industrial Plants
5. Business Development – Manager
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 | Experience: 5–12 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech + MBA preferred | Any Graduate
Location: Whole Maharashtra
Portfolio: Water Treatment Plants, Chemicals, Cooling Towers, Resins, STP & ETP, RO Plants, AMC
Work: Develop annual sales strategy, build relationships with consultants and EPC contractors, lead high-value negotiations, expand dealer network, manage key accounts, guide sales team, conduct product training, represent company at exhibitions.
KPIs: Annual Sales Growth, Key Account Acquisition, Dealer Development, Gross Profit, Team Performance, Market Expansion, Customer Retention
