Job Description – Fresher Site Supervisor (Interior Designing Studio)

Position: Site Supervisor – Interior Execution

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Fresher Site Supervisor to assist in managing interior design execution projects at various sites. The candidate will work closely with senior supervisors, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth and timely completion of interior works.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising day-to-day site activities.
• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and other workers.
• Ensure work is carried out according to design drawings and instructions.
• Monitor material delivery and usage at site.
• Take site measurements and maintain records.
• Report daily site progress to senior management/design team.
• Help maintain quality standards and site cleanliness.
• Support in solving basic on-site execution issues.
• Ensure safety practices are followed at the site.

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of interior execution and site work.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and work on-site.
• Ability to manage workers and follow timelines.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Office is a plus.

Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
