Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to develop and expand our dealer network for electric scooters and related EV products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential dealers, conducting market visits, generating business leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential dealers, distributors, and business partners.
• Conduct regular market visits and dealer meetings.
• Generate new dealership and sales leads through field activities.
• Present company products, pricing, schemes, and dealership opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
• Follow up with prospective dealers and convert leads into business.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and dealer-development targets.
• Monitor competitor activities, market prices, and customer demand.
• Coordinate with the sales, service, and operations teams for smooth dealer support.
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead updates, and sales records in the CRM/app.
• Ensure proper follow-up and timely reporting to the reporting manager.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience: 1–3 years in field sales, automobile, EV, FMCG, telecom, or related industries preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and CRM applications.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.
