• Greet customers warmly and understand their jewellery needs and preferences
• Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections effectively
• Explain product details such as purity, weight, pricing, certifications, and making charges
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately
• Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and organization of jewellery counters
• Coordinate with inventory staff for stock availability and updates
• Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales services (resizing, repairs, exchanges)
• Stay updated on current jewellery trends, designs, and promotions
