Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Loan Sales Executive to promote and sell financial products such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, LAP, and credit cards. The candidate should be capable of generating leads, handling customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new customer leads through field sales, references, and digital platforms

• Explain loan products and financial services to customers
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing
• Collect and verify customer documents
• Follow up with customers until loan disbursement
• Maintain customer database and daily sales reports
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
