Marketing Executive

Location: Anand & Borsad, Gujarat

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to manage and promote the marketing activities of our two branches in Anand and Borsad. The candidate will be responsible for increasing restaurant sales, generating banquet bookings, developing corporate and event-related business, and improving brand visibility through online and offline marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle marketing activities for both Anand and Borsad branches.
• Promote banquet facilities for birthday parties, corporate meetings, family functions, kitty parties, and other events.
• Generate banquet inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Promote restaurant dining, special offers, food packages, and ongoing promotions.
• Develop corporate tie-ups, bulk booking opportunities, and local business partnerships.
• Manage social media promotions, WhatsApp marketing, customer outreach, and local advertising.
• Coordinate with branch managers to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Follow up with customers and maintain records of marketing leads, inquiries, bookings, and sales.
• Conduct local market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and work towards achieving sales targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant, banquet, hospitality, and event marketing.
• Ability to generate leads and convert inquiries into business.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and reporting skills.

Objective: Increase restaurant revenue, maximize banquet bookings, build customer relationships, and strengthen the Gallops Food Plaza brand across Anand and Borsad.
