Field Trials & Research:

Plan and execute trials to test the effectiveness of nano fertilizers across crops, regions, and conditions.

Farmer Advisory & Training:

Educate farmers and distributors on product usage, benefits, and safety practices.

2. Role Specific to a Nano Fertilizer Company

In your context, the Agronomist would also:

Evaluate efficacy of nano formulations vs conventional fertilizers

Develop crop-specific application protocols

Support product development teams with agronomic insights

Work on regulatory trials and documentation

Provide technical marketing support (demo days, farmer meetings, etc.)

3. Skills Required

Strong knowledge of soil science, plant nutrition, and crop physiology

Familiarity with precision agriculture techniques

Ability to analyze field data and generate insights

Good communication skills for farmer interaction and training

Understanding of sustainable agriculture practices

4. Educational Background

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agronomy, Agriculture, Soil Science, or related fields

PhD (optional, for R&D-heavy roles)
