Operation Executive

Handle day-to-day bookings and coordinate with drivers/vendors across multiple cities and countries.

Ensure timely pickups and drops; monitor live trips and resolve on-ground issues.

Communicate with customers and partners via WhatsApp, email, and calls for confirmations or support.

Verify meet-and-greet photos, GPS proofs, call logs, and ensure compliance with partner protocols.

Maintain operational dashboards, logs, and service-quality reports.

Escalate and resolve complaints professionally while protecting company interests.

Follow SOPs for no-show cases, delays, vehicle mismatches, and route deviations.

Support onboarding of new vendors and maintain service-level standards.
