Airtel XFE (Xstream Fiber Executive)

 Xstream Fiber Executive — यह Bharti Airtel में एक Field Sales + Customer Acquisition रोल होता है, जिसमें Broadband (WiFi/Fiber) कनेक्शन बेचना और नए कस्टमर जोड़ना मुख्य काम होता है।

🔹 मुख्य कार्य (Key Responsibilities)

नए ग्राहकों को ढूंढना और Airtel Broadband के बारे में जानकारी देना �

घर-घर (Door-to-door) या मार्केट विजिट करके कस्टमर कन्वर्ट करना �

Residential और दुकानों/ऑफिस में जाकर कनेक्शन बेचने का प्रयास

Online leads (App/Call) से आए कस्टमर को handle करना �

Monthly sales target achieve करना

नए leads generate करना और follow-up करना �

Airtel App में daily attendance और activity update करना

Customer का form भरना और installation process शुरू करवाना

🔹 Job Nature

Field Job (बाहर जाकर काम करना)

Sales + Marketing + Customer Handling

Target-based job (Incentives up to 70,000 per month depend on performance)

🔹 Qualification & Requirements

Minimum: 12th Pass �

Mandatory- Bike + Driving License (Learner's License) 

🔹 Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹21,000 approx �

Incentives: ₹20,000–₹70,000+ (performance पर depend) �

PF + ESIC + Insurance

Performance bonus 

🔹 Skills Required

Sales & convincing skills

Communication skills

Field work adaptability

Target pressure handle करना

Age Limit :- 35 Years
