Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of grains, cereals, pulses, and FMCG food products.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers/vendors.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts.
• Ensure timely purchasing and uninterrupted supply.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/operations teams.
• Maintain purchase records, POs, invoices, and vendor contracts.
• Handle vendor reconciliation and purchase accounting in Zoho Books.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and cost analysis.
• Ensure quality standards and procurement compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement within FMCG or Food Industry.
• Strong knowledge of food procurement, inventory management, and vendor management.
• Experience with Zoho Books or similar ERP/accounting software preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
