Project Coordinator

1. Project Coordination & Milestone Tracking:

- Track day-to-day project milestones, site deployment timelines, and technician/labor deliverables.

- Coordinate directly with on-ground supervisors, vendors, and project managers to ensure on-time execution.

- Maintain and publish Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and weekly project dashboards.

2. Project Data Management & Portal Uploads:

- Structure, clean, and manage large operational datasets across Google Sheets and Excel.

- Verify site completion handover sheets, Material Issue Notes (MIN), and site verification photos.

- Handle accurate, timely documentation uploads to client, government, or institutional portals.

3. Accounting & Financial Control:

- Maintain daily transaction records, ledger entries, and voucher entries in Tally Prime / Zoho.

- Reconcile vendor, contractor, and client ledgers against actual site deliveries and project milestones.

- Generate GST-compliant invoices, track pending receivables, and manage contractor payout sheets.

--- CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS ---

- Education: B.Com / B.Sc / BCA / BBA / Any Graduate with strong analytical skills.

- Software Skills: Advanced Google Sheets & MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS), Tally Prime / Zoho Books.

- Core Competencies: High numerical accuracy, structured data reporting, proactive follow-ups, and project execution tracking.

- Experience: 1+ years in project operations, MIS reporting, data management, or commercial billing/accounting.
