Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter to provide excellent service to guests. The ideal candidate will take orders, serve food and beverages, maintain cleanliness, and ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

Welcome and seat guests in a courteous manner.

Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions.

Answer customer questions regarding food, beverages, and ingredients.

Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Order Taking & Service

Take accurate food and beverage orders.

Enter orders into the POS system promptly.

Serve food and drinks according to restaurant standards.

Check on guests regularly and respond to requests promptly.

Clear tables and prepare them for the next guests.

Restaurant Operations

Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations.

Assist with opening and closing duties.

Ensure proper table setup and presentation.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Teamwork

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.

Support fellow team members during busy periods.

Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
