Personal Secretary

PERSONAL SECRETARY HYBRID

(WFH AND ON FIELD)

We are hiring a Personal Secretary for a Canada-based client. The ideal candidate should be mature, highly independent, and willing to travel WITHIN INDIA AND ABROAD when required ( MUST HAVE PASSPORT)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with factories across India and provide production updates
• Prepare weekly reports and maintain regular communication with the client
• Follow up on production, dispatch, and shipments with factories and shipping agents
• Stay in Ambur for short periods when required to monitor production approx 1 week in a month
• Travel with the client during India visits to multiple city in india and also internationally

Requirements:

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently
• Organized, responsible, and proactive
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing or logistics is an advantage

Work Mode: HYBRID MODE (WFM AND ON FIELD)

Travel: The client visits very often India approximately once every months. Travel within India and, if required, abroad will be part of the role. All travel and accommodation expenses will be reimbursed.
