Key Responsibilities:- Indo-Chinese

• Prepare noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, and other quick-service items
• Follow standard recipes and portion sizes
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
• Ensure timely preparation during peak hours
• Maintain hygiene of cooking area and equipment
• Prepare ingredients (vegetables, sauces, marinades) in advance
• Monitor stock of sauces, vegetables, and raw materials
