Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Chef with strong expertise in Rajasthani cuisine to join our team in Jaipur. Candidates should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic Rajasthani dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, presentation, and kitchen hygiene. Candidates from anywhere in India are welcome to apply if they are willing to relocate to Jaipur.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare authentic Rajasthani dishes and traditional regional specialties.
• Cook a variety of Indian dishes; knowledge of North Indian cuisine and basic tandoor operations will be an added advantage.
• Ensure consistent food taste, quality, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Manage daily kitchen operations efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate raw material requirements.
• Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Work closely with management to maintain customer satisfaction and food quality standards.
• RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of experience as a Chef in restaurants, hotels, resorts, or food establishments.
• Strong knowledge of Rajasthani cuisine is mandatory.
• Experience in Indian food preparation and kitchen management.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and time-management skills.
