Team Leader - Customer service

 

Actionable
Consistency in delivering the BB loan disbursement within TAT .
Ensure to process all insurance partners payment on time for COI process and sharing loader file on time
No operational errors on disbursement and payment process
Resolve under query cases, with rigor follow up with branches
Maintaining good rapport with business and other stake holders and ensuring nil escalation
Top up / Normal Closure within TAT to be closed 
Co-ordination with partners for insurance claim process
Ensure nil Operational Loss
To Support team member based on the volume
