Store Executive

Job Description:

• Ensure strict adherence to QMS, IMS/IATF procedures, work instructions and safety standards.
• Manage receipt, storage, stock entry, traceability and accountability of finished goods with proper GCR documentation.
• Ensure timely transfer of daily targeted output to packing and coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Packing, Marketing and Dispatch teams.
• Plan and effectively utilise manpower, machinery and resources to achieve productivity, quality and delivery targets.
• Maintain accurate stock records in the system/registers and conduct monthly stock verification.
• Ensure proper 5S, identification, traceability and systematic stacking of finished goods.
• Train and develop employees to improve competency, quality, productivity and discipline.
• Handle internal, third-party and agency audits and provide required records/documents.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and participate in daily, weekly and monthly review meetings.
• Ensure safe working practices and occupational health & safety requirements in the stores area.
• Maintain/update records using the FOCUS app and ensure timely and accurate data entry.
