Operations Analyst - IB Disbursement

 

Actionable
Consistency in delivering the MOD loan disbursement within TAT .
Ensure to process all MOD account opening and CA account opening within TAT
No operational errors on disbursement and account opening  process
Resolve under query cases, with rigor follow up with branches
Maintaining good rapport with business and other stake holders and ensuring nil escalation
MOD renewal and Closure to be done within TAT 
Co-ordination with partners for insurance payment and other process, Fee income booking
Ensure nil Operational Loss and cost saving
