We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team for Motor Insurance Sales & Renewal Process.

✅ Candidate Eligibility

• No Education Bar – Candidates from any educational background can apply

• Freshers are welcome

• Experience in Motor Insurance Sales / Renewal Process preferred

• Experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Insurance Sales will be an added advantage

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable with outbound calling and customer follow-ups

• Ability to work with sales targets

• Basic computer knowledge preferred

• Immediate Joiners preferred

📌 Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for Motor Insurance Renewals & New Policies

• Explain insurance plans, coverage and benefits to customers

• Generate leads and convert them into sales

• Follow up with existing and prospective customers

• Handle customer queries professionally

• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets

• Maintain proper customer and calling records
