Job Description

As a QC Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You will be responsible for implementing quality systems, conducting inspections, and driving continuous improvement across design and manufacturing processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures in line with industry standards (ASME, ISO, PESO, DNV, etc.).
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections of fabricated equipment, including welding, machining, and assembly.
  • Review and approve design documents, material test certificates, and inspection reports.
  • Ensure strict compliance with customer specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and project teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead root cause analysis and drive preventive measures for recurring quality concerns.
  • Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including ITPs, NCRs, and quality dossiers.
  • Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and certification bodies.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence across the organization.


Desired Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in QA/QC within fabrication, heavy engineering, or process equipment manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of welding standards, NDT methods, and fabrication processes.
  • Familiarity with international codes and certifications (ASME, ISO 9001, PESO, DNV, etc.).
  • Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
