Job Description

Senior Counsellor – AmbalaLocation: Ambala

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM


Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Counsellor to join our Ambala office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to understand students' requirements and convert leads into admissions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students and guide them regarding our courses.
  • Handle leads through calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
  • Convert prospective students into admissions.
  • Follow up with interested students and maintain proper records.
  • Handle fee collection and pending fee follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with trainers and the branch team for smooth student operations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with students and provide excellent support.
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
  • Support and guide junior counsellors when required.
  • Requirements2+ years of experience in counselling, sales, or education.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
  • Target-oriented and confident personality.
  • Prior experience in an education institute will be an advantage.
