MIS & Inventory Executive

Peanuts is an established kids' garments retail business with 20+ years of legacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily stock and inventory records.
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards using Google Sheets.
• Track stock inward, outward, sales and returns.
• Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving and dead stock.
• Maintain size-wise, category-wise and product-wise inventory.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and stock reports.
• Identify stock discrepancies and reorder requirements.
• Coordinate with the store and purchasing teams.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong Google Sheets knowledge (Mandatory).
• Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF and basic dashboards.
• Experience in MIS reporting or inventory management preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Retail or garments industry experience preferred.
